EFT Allergy Treatment EFT is a form of energy therapy that brings relief to the body and mind. It works on principles similar to acupuncture, but doesn’t require needles, just simple tapping on acupuncture points.

EFT and Allergies
Although they may not have their genesis in an emotional event, allergies can be treated through EFT. This is because EFT aligns the body’s energy with allergic triggers. Just as in homeopathy where medications are prescribed on the principle of like treats like, EFT balances body responses but without medications.
How does an EFT Allergy Treatment Work?
An EFT allergy treatment consists of two parts: 1) testing the body for allergens and 2) clearing the allergic reaction through EFT.
Part 1 Testing for Allergens
You should bring a small sample of foods, supplements, and medications you commonly ingest. Small samples of body fluids like saliva, mucus, and blood is also essential. Finally, you should bring small samples of grass, trees, and whatever else environmental that you may be allergic to.
Each thing can be placed in a baggy separately. You will be tested through applied kinesiology to determine which things make you allergic.
Part 2 Clearing Allergic Reactions
Each element that you respond with an allergic reaction will be cleared using EFT.

A: If you have a seasonal allergy, it is a good idea to clear each season.
Q: My allergies have gotten worse with age, can EFT work for me?A: Environmental and emotional toxins that have accumulated with time can affect allergies. Clearing on allergens often is not enough without clearing emotional traumas, stresses, and environmental toxins.
Q: How do I know I have allergies?
A: It is important to note that only 2% of allergic reactions manifest immediately. In fact, an allergen can stay in the body for up to 3 days. Applied kinesiology is a quick and efficient way to test for allergies.
